This policy describes how personal data collected through the website www.galab.it is processed pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR") and applicable Italian law.
2. Data collected and purposes
The website only collects data that the user voluntarily provides by filling in the contact form: name, email address and message content.
Such data is used solely to respond to the submitted enquiry and to get back to the user. It is not used for marketing, profiling or sending promotional communications.
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on the consent expressed by the user when submitting the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and on the execution of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
4. Processing methods and retention
Data is processed by electronic means, adopting technical and organisational measures suitable to ensure its security and confidentiality.
Data collected through the form is retained for the time strictly necessary to handle the request and, in any case, for a maximum period of 24 months, unless legal obligations require longer retention.

Data is not disclosed to third parties, is not disseminated and is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.
Access is limited to authorised internal staff and to technical service providers (hosting) appointed as Data Processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

The user can exercise at any time the rights set out in Articles 15-22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection to processing and withdrawal of consent.
